本廠(chǎng)生產(chǎn)的模板，經(jīng)過(guò)連續48小時(shí)的沸水蒸煮及高溫干燥后，仍達到膠合強度要求。板面平整、不變形、重量輕、強度大、易于加工，被廣泛用于水泥模板，室外活動(dòng)板房、風(fēng)景區露天桌椅以及露天標志和廣告牌等。特別是用作水泥模板時(shí)，與傳統的鋼模板相比，具有重量輕、幅度大、周轉次數多等特點(diǎn)，如使用得當，雙面可反復使用長(cháng)達8次以上，且脫模容易、耐腐蝕、表層光滑、不污染混凝土表面，也解決了鋼模板漏漿，施工表面粗糙的弊端。

建筑模板規程及種類(lèi)：3X6尺（0.915X1.83)m,4X8尺(1.22X2.44)m,覆膜板(菲林板)、素板、松大膠面板（紅、黑、棕三色）

力學(xué)性能：

1、含水率≤10% 2、密度0.75/cm以上3、磨耗值≤0.1g/100r(泰）4、沖擊強度：40kj/m

5、彈性模量≥5000MPa≥7948MPa 6、靜曲強度≥24KPa≥75.8MPa

7、曲度≤1% 8、厚度公差±0.5mm 9、厚度膨脹率（72小時(shí)常溫水浸）≤8%

After being boiled in hot water for 48 hours in a row and dried in high temperature, our templates are still in good gluing conditon. In addition, the templates are very flat, hard to deform, light, strong, easy to process and are widely used as materials for cement templates, outdoor detachable house, chairs and tables for open senic areas and ad billbaord.,ect.
